We at Berardi + Partners, Inc. are celebrating our 27h year as a full service, multi-disciplinary Architectural/Engineering firm with a rich tradition of providing the highest level of services to our Clients. We have provided architectural and engineering services nationally since 1979 from our offices in the historic German Village district of Columbus, Ohio.

Our project base includes a broad range of building types with a principal focus to the housing industry. We have completed in excess of 500 housing projects including housing for the elderly, multi-family, assisted living, congregate care, nursing centers, and other housing settings for special needs population. Berardi + Partners has also successfully managed a broad range of other work including commercial, industrial, institutional, retail, historic rehabilitation for re-use and retirement campus master planning. Most recently, we have developed several downtown luxury condominium projects in cooperation with the greater Columbus Downtown housing initiative.

In addition to providing standard Architectural / Engineering services, Berardi + Partners, Inc provides planning services, site feasibility studies, assessment and feasibility studies for existing structures, construction administration, interiors consultation and marketing graphics.
