President of Goose Gander, Inc., a real estate investment company based in the state of Florida,  John Bonner joined forces with Brad Howe  and formed JBH Holdings, LLC.

John began his career after attending Capital University where he earned a degree in finance and economics. He focused his attention in commercial and residential management and development, establishing a solid background in business and corporate sales before moving on into real estate development.

His first residential development for Bonner Ohio Properties was a 19 home, 65 acre development in Mantua, Ohio. The project was labeled a complete success when it sold out in less then 15 months.

John moved on to being the assistant manager for the construction of the 4 million dollar Eagle Creek Garden Center in Bainbridge, Ohio, which has been hailed as one of the most beautiful garden centers in the United States.

John presently serves as General Manager for Eagle Creek’s Wholesale, a 6-acre state of the art wholesale greenhouse operation in Mantua, Ohio. He is currently leading management through a two million dollar expansion that will increase production capacity by 40 percent for the organization.

When John partnered with Brad Howe and formed JBH Holdings, LLC, they began purchasing and renovating numerous properties around greater Columbus. Each project’s success enabled them to pursue making The Jackson on High a reality.

The Jackson, an eight-story, mixed-use project, will create 46 high-end residential condominiums and 4,800 square feet of commercial retail. Construction will begin in the summer of 2007.  The governing body in the area, The Victorian Village Commission, has labeled this project an “icon.”

Additionally, John serves as Director of the non-profit organization Western Reserve Creation Inc., which benefits under funded high school recreation and athletic programs.
